If you are thinking about designing a new course for TEL delivery, please contact your Regional Employee Development Liaison, listed below, or Tj Lane, tjlane@usgs.gov 303-445-4677. The liaisons provide a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills on all training and employee development activities. They will be able to tell you if the solution to your need is definitely TEL or if the need can be solved with a different form of delivery.
