Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)

Use for Team Building , Leadership Style, and Management Development

Conflict causes negativity in the workplace, but can be used for initiating change and improving communication. The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is used by individuals and professionals to learn about how different conflict-handling styles affect personal and group dynamics.

The TKI is the number-one best-selling instrument for conflict resolution. This easy-to-use exercise is powerful and does not require debriefing by a professional counselor.  Results are simply sent by email within 24 hours.

The forced-choice TKI assessment identifies a person's preferred conflict-handling style and provides detailed information about how they can use the five different modes—avoiding, competing, accommodating, comprising, and collaborating—effectively. The TKI model demonstrates that these differing behaviors are just different modes of communicating.

Use the TKI Instrument to:

•  Conflict and change management

•  Enhanced communication

•  Leadership development

•  Employee satisfaction and retention

•  Performance improvement

•  Stress management

•  Team building

•  Negotiation skills training
