The MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) instrument is designed to help you understand your unique personality and the way you relate to others around you.  The MBTI® assessment is backed by thousands of research studies and has been found to be both reliable and valid in assessing personality. Last year alone two million people used their MBTI® results to gain understanding about themselves and the people in their lives.
