Why Career Planning?Think of your career plan as your road map. When many people go on a trip, they like to look at maps, see what route will be the quickest, see if there is anything interesting along the way, and then make their plans. Others like to just get in the car and head out on the open highway.
Both methods get you to a destination and both methods can be fun.
